Men

los italianos de suramerica

This is a striking contrast - if you're a girl, you don'y need much to be stylish. Clothes are cheap and life so fast that they dont care so much...
when the favourite themes of guys are sport and clothes marks.

Machism?? - still didnt figure out.
Basically girls cant do anything in this country....but nobody help them either if they lifting a backpack in the subway....grrr
Galanteria....the nice side of machism hmmmm?

and I updated my ranking - these guys get my number 2.

cheers!!

Plaza Dorrego

A sunday evening. Sitting alone in a terrace in the middle of San Telmo. Waiting for a party starting as usual after midnight.....south people!!
Next table - 3 gordos in their sixties....picture below. After half-an-hour the Brazilian of them asks me to pose for a picture!!!! Could't resist to take one of them - and then we talked for an hour about life.....got an invitation to La Plata and Sao Paulo ;)

After they left, 3 girls looking for a table asked if they could join me. Sure they can! Lovely chicas from the country, and friends for longer ;) besos for Euge, Nadia y Laurita!

In the meantime I´m enjoying learning, learning and again learning to cimmunicate with these awesome people.

los porteños...

Well my friend Kasia was right, there are LOADS of them :) I mean of course those tall, handsome, well-built, dark-eyed latinos...selling piropos* for less then 1 centavo.
Good feelings. Nadwerezonej w ojczyznie psysze (Aniu jak mawiasz - zrytej) powoli sie poprawia.

My hosts!! Nacho and Eleonora - 2 extrtemely kind porteños trusting me more than I do. Thanks to them:
1) I have places to stay for more than a week in the great barrio of Palermo.
2) Ive eaten the best milanesas** and empanadas*** ever (ok, ok, the first ones ;)
3) I had my premiere with drinking mate****
and last but not least 4) Im starting to speak like those porteños!!! :)
